Sky Platforms

• You can use your sky platform for whatever you want except: clubs, rentals, and anything similar.
• You can add subtenants to your rental (up to 12).
• Breedables are allowed.
• Please try to limit scripts.
• No traffic generating systems like fishing systems, voodoo sploder, etc.
• No refunds on any paid rents, ever.
• Need more prims? Send an IM to Benny Spingflower or Lorelay Melodie.
• Price per prim for extra prims is the same as normal prims.
• No LM giver? IM us for help.

Land Rentals

• You can use your land for whatever you want except: clubs, rentals, and anything similar.
• Breedables are allowed.
• Please try to limit scripts.
• No traffic generating systems like fishing systems, voodoo sploder, etc.

• Can I rename my parcel? YES
• Can I set my own music? YES
• Can I use my own Group? YES
• Can I Terraform? YES, but with limitations.
• Do I need to add subtenants to the rental box? NO
• Can I have a sky platform in the air? YES
• Can my Animals have sounds active? YES (restricted to your parcel)
• Can my Animals have movements? YES (max 5 Animals per parcel)
• Can I set my Animals for sale here? YES
• Can I open a store? YES
• Can I have a Club? NO
• Can I have an auction place? NO
• Can I rent out my place? NO
• Can I use ban lines? YES
• Can I have high walls to block the view? NO
