General Rules

Rental Stalls
All rental stalls have hashtags to indicate whether walls or no walls are allowed, or specific to small breedables only:
#smallbreedablesonly (Breedables smaller than dragons and horses only)

No rotating prims
No automated landmark giver or group inviter; clickable prims are fine
Do not cover the sight to your neighbors, respect the stalls of others
Stay within your prim limit
Pay your rent on time
An empty stall marked “won't renew” will be made available without a refund
We do not issue refunds unless our service is stopped for unforeseen reasons
No builds that use temp rez prims (zero prim rezzers or similar)
Do not rez things if you don't know what they are

Breedables

Turn off sounds, animations, movements, and particles. If you need help, ask!
No particle poofers
If a breedable is hungry or sick, you will receive ONE notecard from our staff. Please rez food ASAP.
We do not return sick horses to your inventory!
Selling boxes with unknown contents is not permitted
No random bundle vendors or similar items that give random objects


Small Pet Area

Our Small Pets Area was created to give small breedables a better chance to sell, so they don’t get lost among the horses!
All breedables smaller than a horse are welcome. This includes farming items, as long as they aren't larger than a horse.

Not Allowed in this Area are: 

No Amaretto Horses & Bundles
No Teulu Horses & Rockers
No Foxtrot Horses / Equines & Baskets
No MC Dragons & Eggs
No Obsidian Chimeras & Broodstones
Amaretto / Teulu / Foxtrot Horses & Equines are welcome at our other market sims!

Rentals

Stall Rentals: 100-500+ prims, 80 L$ per 100 prims/week. Pay 4 weeks with one payment get 1 week added for free

Skybox Rentals: Several sizes, 75 L$ per 100 prims/week. Pay 4 weeks with one payment get 5% Cashback!

Land Rentals: 75 L$ per 100 prims/week. Pay 4 weeks with one payment get 5%Cashback!
